Making notes about a contact

You can make notes about contacts, such as who is on vacation or out of the office, in your enterprise and favorites directories.

To make notes about a contact:

  1. Sign in to Receptionist Console.


  1.  From the enterprise or favorites directory find the contact.

  2.  From the contact’s record, click Notes.
  1. In the notes window, type a message, (e.g. on vacation, travelling for business, at the doctor), then click OK.
