Transferring a caller to voicemail from Receptionist Console

You can transfer a call to a contact’s voicemail (including your own voicemail). The type of calls you can transfer include active, on hold, or ringing on your phone.

To transfer a caller to voicemail from Receptionist Console:
 

  1. Sign in to Receptionist Console.

  2. In the Call Console pane, select a call to transfer.

  3. In the Contacts pane, click on the Enterprise or Favorites tab, then find the contact you want to transfer a call to.
Note:  If you want to transfer a call to your voicemail, find your listing in the directory.
  1. Click the contact’s record, then click VM (transfer to voicemail).
