Offer is per seat/user, per month on a month-to-month or 1, 2 or 3-year term basis.

Listed rates are per user/seat, per month, require a 3-year term with 500+ users. Rates and offers exclude internet, taxes, fees and surcharges. International calls (by country) and directory assistance calls are additional. Additional charges may apply to domestic long distance with Excessive Usage. Taxes, fees and surcharges may include Federal Universal Service Recovery Fee, E911 service fee, compliance and administrative cost recovery fee, and state and local taxes. Credit approval and deposit may be required. Offer may not be combined with other offers. Additional restrictions, terms and conditions apply. Service and offer not available everywhere. CenturyLink may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion without notice. Customer will not be able to place or receive any calls, including 911 calls, if the internet connection fails or becomes degraded, equipment fails, or customer doesn’t have electrical power for the service (unless you have functioning battery backup power available). 911 services may not be available if you change your service location before receiving confirmation from your internet carrier.
