Ways to pay your Small Business bill

The fastest way to pay your CenturyLink Small Business bill is online.

You can make a one-time payment using Quick Bill Pay or by signing in to your account. Or you can set up AutoPay from your online account to have your bill paid automatically every month.

If you don't want to pay online, you have three other options.

Our easy-to-understand automated system will guide you through making a payment. It's free and available 24/7. You'll need to have your payment information handy, along with your CenturyLink account number. You can pay by bank account, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), or AEM (STAR, NYCE, Pulse).

To pay your bill by phone, call 800-786-6272 and follow the prompts to make your payment.

When you're on the call, you can use the automated system or have an agent process your payment. The automated system is free and available any time. If you want an agent to process your payment, there is a $3.50 convenience fee. Agents are available during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–8:00pm CT).

If you want to pay your CenturyLink bill by mail, send your check or money order using the envelope provided with your statement. Don't forget to write your account number on your payment. Do not send cash.

Mail your payment to:

CenturyLink
P.O. Box 4300
Carol Stream, IL 60197-4300

Lost your envelope?

Feel free to use your own, making sure to use the correct mailing address for your location. Be sure to write your account number on your check or money order. If you have your bill handy, please also include the remittance slip that came with it.

CenturyLink does not have any physical locations where you can pay your bill, but we do partner with CheckFreePay agents and Western Union agents in many of our cities, so you can work with those partners to make in-person payments.

Click on the buttons below to find a location near you.  You may want to call before heading over, just to ensure the location is still accepting payments at that time, and confirm which forms of payment they accept.

Tip: Bring along your CenturyLink bill. Since it has your account information, it will speed up the payment process.

To pay your bill in person, please visit one of our payment partners: CheckFreePay or Western Union.
