All support provided through Cyber Shield is provided by Aura, a third-party company not legally affiliated with CenturyLink. Monthly subscription will provide service features for one individual as the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of sign-up. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning accounts for the domain associated with the submitted account. Customer may need to provide confirmation that he/she is the authorized account holder of the account. Aura Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy will apply. CenturyLink has no responsibility or liability for support or other services provided by Aura. CenturyLink may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area, at its sole discretion without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.

You will see a charge on your monthly CenturyLink bill for "Cyber Shield powered by Identity Guard". If you have any questions about your bill please chat with us.

For billing or account management help please contact us.

For product questions or support for how to use the product please call Identity Guard at 833-651-1434.

If you can’t find your welcome email, no worries! Access the log in screen here app.identityguard.com and create your password. Your username will be the email address you used when you placed your order. 

You can cancel your Cyber Shield service at any time. Just contact us and we'll remove it from your account.
