Amazon Fire Stick FAQs

Step 1: The Amazon Fire TV Stick offer is available to new customers who purchased CenturyLink 940 Mbps Internet.  If you purchased 940 Mbps Internet and have not received your promotional code, please see the next step.

Step 2:  Promo codes are sent within a week of installation date.  If it hasn’t been a full week since your internet was installed, please wait a few days and look for an email from CenturyLink Notifications.

Step 3: If it has been more than a week since your CenturyLink 940 Mbps Internet installation and you have not received your promotion code email, please check your Spam folder for an email from CenturyLink Notifications.

Step 4:  If it has been more than a week since your CenturyLink 940 Mbps Internet installation and the promotion code email is not in your inbox or Spam folder, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name 
  • Your service address
  • Account number
  • Email address
  • Cell phone number for text updates about this issue
  • Choose one of these issues:
    • I didn't receive or I lost my promotional code
    • The promotional code I received doesn't work        

We will look at your records and respond within two business days.

To redeem your promotion, please click the link in the email you received from CenturyLink Notifications.

  1. Once you arrive at the Amazon CenturyLink page, select the Amazon Fire TV 4K Max Firestick. 
  2. Sign in to your Amazon account or create a new Amazon account. 
  3. Add the device to your cart. 
  4. Complete the Amazon check out process.
  5. If you completed the check out process and are still having trouble, contact Amazon. 

Your promo code is automatically deactivated once the device is added to your cart. Please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name 
  • Your service address
  • Account number
  • Email address
  • Cell phone number for text updates about this issue
  • Choose one of these issues:
    • I didn't receive or I lost my promotional code
    • The promotional code I received doesn't work        

We will review your account and respond within two business days.

Your promo code was deactivated after you added it to your cart. Please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name

We will review your account and respond within two business days.

The promotional link is applied to the account where you are signed in. The code cannot be accessed a second time on a different account.
