Making an online payment arrangement

This option is available if you need additional time to pay your bill.

What is a payment arrangement?

Payment arrangements are scheduled payments that automatically process on the date selected with a selected payment method.  Your account may be eligible for a one-time payment in full, or split payment. You may choose the amount of the split payment however you wish as long as your second payment is scheduled for payment within the next 30 days.

Note: Please use our web site to set up payment arrangements. They are not currently available in the My CenturyLink smartphone app. 

Will I be charged a fee for making an online payment arrangement?

Bank Account - no fee
With this option, you use a bank account to pay your bill.  Use this option to avoid a fee for paying your bill.  Be sure to have your routing number and account number ready.

Credit or Debit Card - fee charge
With this option, you use a credit or debit card to pay your bill.  This option charges a fee to pay your bill.

Note: If payments are scheduled after your bill due date, late fees may still apply.

How to make an online payment arrangement?

  1. Visit the online payment arrangement page.
  2. Enter your Account or Billing Phone Number.
  3. Enter your Zip code.
  4. Select a payment option.
  5. Enter the amount and date for the payment option selected (if required).
  6. Select your method of payment and follow the instructions provided.
Tip: You can find your account number at the top of the first page of your CenturyLink bill.
Note: Not all accounts are eligible to make online payment arrangements.  The online payment arrangement system will display qualifying payment options for your account.
