Your saved payment information

Whether you're using a bank account or credit card, it's tedious to type in payment information every month. That's why we provide the option to save your payment information when you pay your bill using My CenturyLink. It makes paying your bill each month even faster.

Quick Bill Pay allows you to make single, one-time payments to your CenturyLink account without a My CenturyLink username and password. Since we don't require a password, we can't allow the use of saved payment sources there.

To obtain a My CenturyLink username and password, you can either register or request your username or password be sent to you from the My CenturyLink sign in page. Or, for the ultimate in convenience, enroll in AutoPay.

Manage your saved payment information

To add, update, or remove a saved payment method, simply sign in to My CenturyLink, and go to My Bill. (If you've forgotten your My CenturyLink username or password, you can retrieve/reset them.)

Look for a tile on the My Bill page named Billing Preferences. Then click on the "Update" link next to Add or Update Saved Payment Method to make changes.

You can also find your billing preferences on the "My Settings" page of My CenturyLink.
