Answers to other SimplePay questions

Now that you are a CenturyLink SimplePay customer you probably have some questions, or in some cases need some help.  We have those answers and know how to help!

How do I manage my SimplePay account online?

If you need to make changes to your account, such as updating your email address, changing your password or other personal information, simply log into CenturyLink SimplePay.

Need to update your credit card information or expiration date or your credit card was declined? Simply sign in to CenturyLink SimplePay, navigate to "Manage Payments" and update your payment method. Currently you can associate a credit, debit or pre-paid card with your account.  A pre-paid card needs to have a name and that individual’s zip code associated with it.  Generic pre-paid cards not tied to an individual cannot be used.

Help! I need technical support for my SimplePay services!
