What is CenturyLink SimplePay?

CenturyLink SimplePay gives customers our High Speed Internet service with payment being automatically made to the credit or debit card of your choice each 30 days.

This is a new and convenient way for our customers to get CenturyLink service and not have the hassle of having to remember to pay their bill each month. It’s not an introductory offer; it’s month-to-month pricing with no long-term contracts. Your service is automatically renewed each month until you choose to cancel, which you can do by signing in to CenturyLink SimplePay

How can I order or sign up for CenturyLink SimplePay?

You can order CenturyLink SimplePay service by visiting www.centurylink.com/simplepay. Currently you can only get High Speed Internet service on SimplePay but we are working to add other products within 2019.  

How can I get help with my CenturyLink SimplePay order or service?

Sign onto your account by visiting www.centurylink.com/mysimplepay.  Refer to your confirmation email for your CenturyLink User ID Name.

How do I know if I am already a CenturyLink SimplePay customer?

SimplePay customers access their account by logging into CenturyLink SimplePay.

All other customers manage their accounts and services via My CenturyLink.

How does self installation work?

Your CenturyLink modem will be delivered on or before your activation date. See instructions provided in the modem kit to connect it. You can plug in the modem after 5 PM on that day to activate. 

How does professional installation work? 

The CenturyLink technician will bring the modem to your home and connect it to your home computer.  Someone over the age of 18 years old needs to be home for the technician.  Please allow 2 to 6 hours for installation.
