How can I operate my home security system?
How you operate your security system depends on whether you are using the Impassa system or the 2GIG system.
Press the [#] button to silence the beeps. Press [*] to view the trouble condition. The Trouble () indicator will flash. Use the scroll [<][>] keys to view troubles.
Press [*] to enter the function menu, press 1 or [*], enter code if required. Scroll to the desired zone number using the < > keys, then press [*] to select the zone or directly enter the 2 digit number of the zone you wish to bypass.
Make sure system is disarmed.(to add)press [*]  master code, enter 2 digit user position number (01-15) (master 40) or press < > buttons to find the specific code and press [*] to select enter new 4 digit code and press # to exit
To display all current trouble alerts, tap the Trouble Alert Icon. View the listed trouble events. If there are more than 3 alerts, use the ↑ and ↓ arrows to scroll through the list. After viewing the trouble events, tap Ok to acknowledge. This action silences the alert beeps.
At the Security or Menu screen, tap the YELLOW Arm button. At the Bypass screen, tap Bypass All. At the Enter Code screen, enter a valid user code to bypass the sensor. At the Ready to Arm (Sensors Bypassed) screen, tap Stay or Away mode. Later, when you disarm the system, the bypassed sensors are returned to their normal state.
