PC Services gives you support above and beyond the CenturyLink's standard helpful supoprt. Shown below are the additional services you will receive based on your subscription to CenturyLink @Ease.
To get enhanced PC Services, chat with customer service and ask to have your CenturyLink @Ease upgraded to the package that gives you the benefits you want.
After you've upgraded your package, you can have a CenturyLink tech help you with the topics included in your package.
For example, if you have the Ultra package and need help removing a virus from your computer, you would go to the CenturyLink PC Services page. Look for the "I Know What I Want" box, select Suspect Malware and click the "Connect to a Technician" button. Someone will work with you to resolve the problem.
Lifetime Modem Warranty
The extended Lifetime Modem Warranty is available for modems purchased from CenturyLink.
To get a lifetime modem warranty, chat with customer service and ask to have your CenturyLink @Ease upgraded to Advanced, or Ultra.
After you have upgraded your package, if you have a problem with your modem, chat with Internet Support to have them determine the issue.
