To edit your email settings, right-click on your email account.
On the "General" tab verify "Your Email address".
On the "Servers" tab verify the:
-Incoming mail (POP3): pop.qwestoffice.net
-Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.qwestoffice.net
-E-mail username: Full Email Address
-Password: Re-enter Your Password
-My server requires authentication: Checked Box
On the "Advanced" tab verify the:
-Outgoing mail (SMTP): 465
-This server requires a secure connection (SSL): Checked
-Incoming mail (POP3): 110
-This server requires a secure connection (SSL): Un-checked
-Select "OK" to save your changes. Close down your email client and open it back up.
