Setup or edit qwestoffice email in Windows Vista Mail
Select the "email address" you want to edit. Select "Properties".
Select the servers tab and verify the:
-Incoming mail (POP3): pop.qwestoffice.net
-Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.qwestoffice.net
-E-mail username: Full Email Address
-Password: Re-enter Your Password
-My server requires authentication: Checked Box
-Select the "Settings" button
Select "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server", then select "OK."
Select the "Advanced" tab. Enter 465 for "Outgoing mail (SMTP)".
Do the following:
-Enter 110 for "Incoming Mail (POP3)"
-Check the box next to "Leave a copy of messages on server"
