A technician will complete installation of your Premium WiFi system.
Once your network is set up, you’ll manage it with the CenturyLink app. You can use the app to add or rename pods, check your signal strength, manage parental controls, and more.
Note: The SmartNID user settings at http://192.168.0.1 do not include WiFi settings. Use the CenturyLink app to manage your Premium WiFi network.
You can connect your devices by selecting the network in the device settings and entering your WiFi password.
Note that Premium WiFi equipment is not WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) compatible.
Important! Adding an extra pod when it’s not needed will actually cause the WiFi speed and performance to drop due to interference.

No, WiFi 6 and WiFi 7 pods are not compatible and cannot be used on the same network.
Ethernet-compatible devices can be plugged into one of the 2.5G LAN ports on the bottom of the Q9500 pod.
