Access the Utilities for your Actiontec Q2000 modem

The Utilities provides access to rebooting the modem, restoring defaults, upgrading the firmware, ping test, traceroute, configuration saves, diagnostic test, web activity log, system log, and time zone.
Blue Utilities Step 1-3

1.  Connect a device, such as a computer or tablet, directly to your modem using the Ethernet cable (usually yellow).

2.  Open a web browser and type http://192.168.0.1 into the web address field.

3.  Select "Utilities."
