Enable IPv6 on your Adtran C424G modem

IPv6 is not available in all areas, and not all modems are compatible with IPv6.  
  1. Connect a device directly to your modem.
  1. Open a web browser and go to http://192.168.0.1.
  1. Login to your modem by entering the Admin Username and Admin Password, then select "Apply." If your modem is using the default settings, this information is located on the modem sticker.

  1. Select "Advanced Setup."
  1. Select "WAN Settings."
  1. Select the desired "ISP protocol."
  1. Select "Enable" for the 6rd state and enter the addressing values.
  1. Select "Apply."
  1. Select "LAN Subnets."
  1. Scroll down and select the "Edit IPv6" button.
  1. Select "Stateless" for the IPv6 Addressing State. If the Network Address does not populate automatically, look up the IPv6 IP address and enter it here.
  1. Select "Apply" to save your changes.
