Important notice about your CenturyLink Internet service

Because of incidents and changes that have affected our network in your area—including things like large road construction and significant damage to lines providing your service—we want to remind you we’re no longer able to provide your internet service.

What are my options for internet service?

  • To avoid a service interruption, you need to choose a new internet provider as soon as possible.
  • Please review the notice we previously sent that includes the date your internet service will be disconnected, options, and helpful information.
  • Learn more about other providers here. In addition to other options, you can call HughesNet at 844-481-8778 to learn about plans and availability.
  • Sign in to your account if you’d like to cancel your internet service now.

If you have any questions, please call us at 800-355-6336, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (CT).

Helpful information:

If you currently lease CenturyLink internet equipment, click here to start your return for responsible recycling. You won’t be charged for unreturned equipment if you don’t return it to us and recycle it on your own.

If you have a CenturyLink email account, it will no longer be valid after your internet service is disconnected so be sure you save your emails on your hard drive or cloud services. Any other email accounts you may have, such as Gmail, Yahoo!, iCloud, or MSN, will not be affected.

Please take action today and avoid an interruption to your service.
