The manufacturer of the equipment that currently delivers your CenturyLink internet service to your address has discontinued that equipment. As we shared with you in prior communications, this means your CenturyLink internet service will be disconnected on or after October 10, 2025. Note: This is not an issue with your modem.
To avoid an interruption to your service, please call us at 877-997-9390 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CT) to discuss your options, which include moving your service to Quantum Fiber.

Although our fiber service usually means 100% fiber-optic network to your location, in limited circumstances Quantum Fiber may need to deploy alternative technologies coupled with a non-fiber connection from a certain point (usually the curb) to your location in order to provide the advertised download speeds. Moving to Quantum Fiber requires customer to accept Quantum Fiber Internet Subscriber Agreement prior to using service (see quantumfiber.com/legal).
