You arrived at this page because we’ve made several attempts to contact you about your CenturyLink internet service being disconnected, but we haven’t heard from you yet.
As a reminder, the manufacturer of the equipment that currently delivers your CenturyLink internet service to your address has discontinued that equipment, which means your service will be disconnected on or after October 10, 2025. Note: This is not an issue with your modem.

Although our fiber service usually means 100% fiber-optic network to your location, in limited circumstances Quantum Fiber may need to deploy alternative technologies coupled with a non-fiber connection from a certain point (usually the curb) to your location in order to provide the advertised download speeds. Moving to Quantum Fiber requires customer to accept Quantum Fiber Internet Subscriber Agreement prior to using service (see quantumfiber.com/legal).
