Customer will not be able to place or receive any calls, including 911 calls, if the Internet connection fails or becomes degraded, required equipment fails, or customer doesn't have electrical power for the service (unless you have functioning battery backup power available). 911 services may not be available if you change your service location before receiving confirmation from CenturyLink.
Services and limited time offer are not available everywhere. Rate is available to new, qualifying business customers who reside in certain, specified locations and subscribe to a qualifying Business Internet plan (896 Kbps/1 phone line; 896 Kbps up to 1Mbps/1-2 phone lines; 1 Mbps up to 2 Mbps/1-5 phone lines; 2 Mbps and higher/1-10 phone lines). One-time $10 activation fee per phone line applies. CenturyLink provided modem is required for High Speed Internet; lease ($10.00/mo. fee) or a one-time purchase (up to $150.00) option available, plus a shipping fee for self–install. A technician install for the modem may be required for an additional $60.00 one–time fee. Additional equipment may be required or requested for Digital Phone; applicable fees will apply, accordingly. Service excludes call center, data services, conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines, pay–per–call, calling card use, or multi–housing units, 0+ dialing, and 3–digit dialing (other than 911, 711, 611 and 411), and Premium service. Not recommended for business fax purposes, Point of Sale (POS) credit card transactions or security systems; doesn't support collect calls, third–party calls and 900 numbers.
