Changing the nickname for an account

When you set up an account you assign it an nickname; you can always change the nickname after the account has been set up.

To changing the nickname for an account:

  1. Click Admin, then click Accounts.

    Control Center lists the accounts for your organization.
  1. Click the blue arrow on the row of the account you want to change the nickname for.

    Control Center displays details for the account.
  1. Click Edit Nickname.
  1. In the Nickname field, type a new nickname for your account.

  2. Click Done.
