Changing the security question and answer for an account

When you set up an account you also set up a security question. After you set up the account, you can always change the security question and answer.

To change the security question and answer for an account:

  1. Click Admin, then click Accounts.

    Control Center lists the accounts for your organization.
  1. Click the blue arrow next to the account you want to change the nickname for.

    Control Center displays details for the account.
  1. Click Edit Security Question.
  1. In the Security Question field, type a question.

  2. In the Security Answer field, type an answer.

  3. Click Done.
