For each account you want to make a payment on, select the checkbox next to the account(s). In the Amount to Pay column, type the amount you want to pay. (By default, Control Center assumes you want to pay the full amount owed.)
Click No Fee - Pay With Bank Account.
Do one of the following:
To make a payment using a saved bank account, select the account you'd like to use from the Method of Payment field. Skip to step 10.
To make a payment using a new account, continue with the next step. (You can save the information for future payments.)
In the Method of Payment field, select the type of account you'd like to use (Checking or Savings).
Cill in the information for your bank account (routing number and account number).
If you want to save this account to pay with for future months, select the Save this payment method checkbox. (Your bank account information is stored securely by our payment processing vendor. CenturyLink does not store this information.
Select the I agree to these Terms and Conditions checkbox.
Verify that the information you entered is correct, then click Submit Payment. (If the information is not correct, click the green Make Changes link and make your corrections.
Review and keep the confirmation information that appears on the screen.
