Updating your web browser

If you're having trouble getting Control Center to load quickly, your account information to show, and struggling to get the system to do what you expect it should do, your web browser could be the cause of all the frustration.

A web browser is a type of software that your computer uses to talk with websites. Computers come with browser software installed on them. For example, Microsoft Edge is a popular browser found on many computers, but there are other browsers you can use like Firefox or Google Chrome for Windows or Safari for Mac.

To begin fixing the problem, figure out which browser you're using. Then, decide if you need to update the version you're on, change to a different type of browser, or clear the cache of your browser.

If you're having problems accessing the Control Center portal, you might have more luck if you updated the browser software you're using or try a different browser.
