Editing the extension of an Auto Attendant

As an administrator, you can change an extension for an Auto Attendant after it's been set up. 

To edit the extension of an Auto Attendant:
  1. Click the Advanced Services tab. 
  1. Click Auto Attendants
  1. From the Actions list, select Edit Service

The Incoming Call tab opens.

  1. In the Extension field, type a new extension. 
  1. Click Save
