Removing a member from a hunt group

As an administrator, you can remove an individual from a hunt group who will no longer receive calls made to the hunt group number.

To remove a member from a hunt group:

  1. Click the Advanced Services tab. 
  1. Click Auto Attendants
  1. Click Hunt Groups
  1. From the Actions list, select Edit Service
  1. Click the Phones tab. 
  1. You can choose whether to remove one member at a time or all of them at once by doing one of the following:

    • To remove one member at a time, click the X next to the name of the person you want to remove.

    • To remove all of the members, click Remove All.
  1. Click Save.
