Viewing your call history

Under the Call History tab are two tabs: All and Missed. The All tab shows you a list of outgoing, incoming, and missed calls; the Missed tab shows you a list of calls that were not answered.
To view all calls:
  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call History tab.

    The All tab opens.
To view missed calls:
  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call History tab.

    The All tab opens.
  1. Click the Missed tab.

Sort call records by clicking on a column heading:
 

  • Name—name of the calling or called party; incoming name is based on information provided by that party’s carrier

  • Call Type—indicates whether the call was outgoing, incoming, or missed

  • Phone Number—number of calling or called party; incoming phone number is based on information provided by that party’s carrier

  • Date—date and time of the call
