Turning Barge-In on and off

You can barge in on a call in progress, creating a three-way call among the parties. Off is the default setting for this feature.

To turn Barge-In on:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Click the Additional Features tab.
  1. Change the Barge-in toggle to on.
  1. To hear a tone when someone joins your call, select the Play warning tone checkbox.
  1. Click Save.

To turn Barge-In off:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Click the Additional Features tab.
  1. Change the Barge-in toggle to off.
  1. Click Save.
