Turning block my caller ID for forwarded calls on and off

You can block your identity when you receive a transferred or forwarded call. By default this feature is turned off, and should remain in the off position.

To block your identity when a call is transferred or forwarded to you, turn on this feature.

To turn block my caller ID for forwarded calls on:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Click the Additional Features tab.
  1. Change the Block my Caller ID for Forwarded Calls toggle to on.
  1. Click Save.

To show your identity when a call is transferred or forwarded to you, turn off this feature.

To turn Block My Caller ID for Forwarded Calls off:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Click the Additional Features tab.
  1. Change the Block my Caller ID for Forwarded Calls toggle to off.
  1. Click Save.
