Turning Business Continuity on and off

The Business Continuity feature allows you to conduct business if you’re unable to access the network due a natural disaster or power outage. Use this feature to direct incoming call to any other phone.

Turn Business Continuity on

To direct incoming calls to a phone with a network connection, turn on this feature.

To turn Business Continuity on:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Scroll down, change the Business Continuity toggle to on.
  1. In the Set number field, type the 10-digit number for where you want your calls to ring to.
  1. Click Save.

Turn Business Continuity off

To stop directing incoming calls to a different phone number, turn off this feature.

To turn Business Continuity off:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Scroll down, change the Business Continuity toggle to off.
  1. Click Save.
