Turning Hoteling on and off for a user

As an administrator, you can allow users to send and receive calls from their mobile phone and the desk number will show in the caller ID. Hoteling will automatically turn off after 24 hours.

To turn hoteling on and off:
  1. Click the Numbers tab.
  1. On the row of the number you want to edit, click Actions > Edit User Features.
  1. Click the Hoteling tab.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • To turn hoteling on, select the Allow checkbox.

    • To turn hoteling off, deselect the Allow checkbox.
  1. Click Save.
