Unassigning a primary device from a user

As an administrator, you will need to unassign a device when a phone no longer works.

To unassign a primary device: 

  1. Click the Numbers tab.
  1. On the row of the number you want to edit, click Actions > Edit User Features.
  1. Click the Devices tab.
  1. Click Unassign Device tab.
  1. Click Unassign.
