Resetting a SIMPLE portal password for a user

As an administrator, you can reset the SIMPLE portal password for a user who forgets or loses their password. After you reset the password, the user will receive a temporary password by email; after logging in with the temporary password, the user will need to create a new one for security purposes.

To reset a portal password:
  1. Click the Users tab.
  1. On the row with user's name, from the Actions list, click Reset Password.
  1.  Click Reset.

    A temporary password will be emailed to the user, who will then need to create a new password after logging in.
