Resetting a voicemail PIN for a user

As an administrator, you can reset the voicemail PIN for a user who has forgotten their PIN or has been locked out of their voicemail.

To reset a voicemail PIN:
  1. Click the Users tab.
  1. For the user you want to edit information for, click Actions.
  1. Select Edit
  1. Click the Voicemail tab.
  1. Click the Reset Voicemail PIN button.

    SIMPLE sends an email with a temporary PIN to the email address on file for the user.
Note:  You can also reset a voicemail PIN from the numbers tab.
