As an administrator, you can turn on alerts to let users know when they have a voicemail message; you can choose email or text alerts. If you choose email, you can also include an audio file of the message.
Users can receive email alerts when they have new voicemail messages. The caller's number is put in the subject line if a number is provided.
To turn on email alerts:
Note: If a user listens to a message by clicking the WAV file in their email, they must dial into their voicemail box to delete the played messages. If this is not done, the mailbox will fill up.
Users can receive text alerts for new voicemail messages.
To turn text alerts on:
