Reset your Control Center username or password

If you've forgotten your username or password (or both), you can reset them in Control Center. If you've forgotten both, reset your username first, then your password. You'll need to know the answers to the security questions you created when you registered as a Control Center user and you'll need to be able to access the email address associated with your Control Center user profile.

If you've forgotten your password and have tried to sign in several times, your user profile may be locked. If this is the case, you can still reset your password, but you'll have to wait thirty minutes for your user profile to be unlocked before trying to sign in again.

To increase security, you should change your password periodically. If you need to change your enterprise ID, enterprise name, or username, contact your system administrator.

  1. Go to the Control Center login page.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click on your username, then select My Profile.

  3. Click on Update User Details.

  4. Type your new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields.

While you're changing your password, it's a good idea to make any updates to your profile information.

  5. When you're done, click Save & Return to Profile.

Note: Depending on when you last updated your profile, you may also be required to update your security questions.
