Order Entry—ASR (Continued)

Once the Order Initiation screen is filled out with all the basic order information, you are taken into the order. EASE VFO provides all the industry standard forms and fields. You may see different forms depending on what type of order you initiate.

ASR Forms Screen

The default form is the ASR form shown above with a red line around it. The red outline tells you which form you are on. You can change forms by clicking on the form boxes such as Transport or ACI.

ImportantImportant: Notice that the Status field is showing Pending Validation. This is the status that displays once an order is created. Pending Validation remains the status all the way up to the point that the order is validated and/or submitted.

RememberRemember: As discussed in the EASE VFO Preorder Module, a preorder must be performed on all CenturyLink addresses and CFAs. The order entry simulation shows you how to perform the preorder validation while entering an order.

SimulationClick the Simulation button to practice entering an SA-2 Point order into EASE VFO.

RememberRemember: The simulation only has you practice entering the required fields for an SA-2 Point order. There may be additional required fields for other order types or additional fields that are necessary based on what you want to order.
