Looking up USOCs/FIDs

The USOC/FID Lookup feature enables you to look up information for universal service order codes (USOCs) and their associated field identifiers (FIDs), if any. USOC/FID information is read-only from a lookup.

1. Click the USOC/FID Lookup link.
   
   The Lookup page appears.
   
   
   
2. Type a USOC in the USOC field and click Submit. An exact USOC must be entered.
   
   If the search is successful, information for the USOC appears at the bottom of the page. If there are associated FIDs, the FID information appears below the USOC information.
