CEMR Online Help
CEMR uses your CEMR User Name and Password to identify you when you are connecting to the CEMR web site. You can connect to the CEMR web site from any computer on which a CEMR digital certificate is installed and configured. The User Name and password are given to you when you obtain your digital certificate.
The password-protected User ID is important to ensure security of the data you view with the application.
To log in to CEMR using Internet Explorer
Start Internet Explorer.
Enter the URL: https://ebus.qwest.com/cemr
The Security Alert window
appears.
Click Yes to continue.
If multiple certificates are configured on the system, the Client Authentication window to select the Certificate appears. Select the Qwest or CenturyLink certificate and click Ok.
If only one certificate is configured on the system, click Ok.
The CEMR Login dialog box appears.
Enter your User Name and Password and click Login.
The Security Information
message box appears.
Click Continue.
The message 'Connecting to CEMR - Please wait' appears.
After the system is successfully connected to CEMR, the message 'Connect Host ecom.uswest Contacted. Waiting for reply. Document done' appears in the status bar at the bottom of the browser. You are now logged into CEMR.
