CEMR Online Help
You can log out from CEMR after you have finished using the system.
Click the Exit
button on the CEMR toolbar to exit the CenturyLink CEMR application.
A message box appears, asking you to confirm your request to disconnect
from CEMR.
Click Ok to disconnect.
CEMR has a 60-minute timeout clock, but CEMR could time out for any
of the following reasons:
If you stop working with CEMR, your workstation remains connected to CEMR for 60 minutes, after which your session is timed out and is no longer available.
If you attempt to use the CEMR browser to connect to other links or performing actions other than CEMR transactions, your session is timed out and is no longer available.
CEMR times out even when the browser is activated during the 60-minute period.
You have to reconnect to CEMR, to reset the clock. To reconnect to CEMR, click the Reload icon on your browser toolbar.
When you reconnect to CEMR, the 60-minute timeout clock is reset.
While it is not necessary for you to disconnect from a session with CEMR, it is recommended that you do so, to create more accurate usage reports.
