You can use the View DLR option, to view Design Layout Records information for circuits leased by your company.
You
can only view a DLR when it has been requested on a service request. If
you have questions regarding this, ask your Qwest Service Manager.
You can view DLR information in two ways:
From the DLR Report window
From the SONET Information and/or Carrier Information windows
To view a DLR from the DLR Report window
In the Qwest CEMR toolbar, click the Pre Validation tab. The Service Address Validation window appears by default. Click the View DLR tab. The View DLR window appears.
Enter a Circuit ID for which you want to view
DLR.
Refer to the Circuit ID format tutorial for detailed
information on acceptable circuit formats.
Click the Submit
button.
The DLR Report window appears, displaying the result, based on your
search criteria.
The DLR information
is displayed only if the circuit you specify is valid, has an active DLR,
and is within your permission to view.
To view a DLR from the SONET Information and/or Carrier Information windows
