Error Messages for

 

CREATE – Design Trouble Report

Error Message and Description

A mandatory attribute was not provided in the create trouble ticket request.

Trouble report not created because of circuit ownership, format, or connection problems.

The error could be due to the following reasons:

  • You do not have the authority to create a trouble report on this circuit

  • You entered the wrong state code

  • You entered the wrong circuit format.

  • There is a connectivity problem to the OSS.

  • The circuit may not be in Qwest territory

  • OSS record may not have been updated yet.

A trouble report has already been reported on the specified circuit.

 

Trouble report not created because of circuit ownership, format, or connection problems

The circuit may not be in Qwest territory

The user prompt to submit ticket was not selected.

Trouble report not created because of circuit ownership, format, or connection problems. If a create request is in progress and you perform a CREATE trouble report request again immediately, the second request will fail.

Maintain – Design Trouble Report

Error Message and Description

The following service is currently unavailable: No record found.

The ticket number you entered, does not exist in database.

Authentication Error: Company ID mismatch. Security violation. Access to data denied.

You do not have the authority to view information on a ticket that was created by a user from another company.

Cannot verify or deny at this time. (Ticket is not in the status: clearedAwaitingCustomerVerification)

It is not possible to verify or deny closing a ticket unless a request to close has been initiated by Qwest.

This trouble ticket is not in a status which allows it to be modified or cancelled.

A trouble report cannot be modified or cancelled if it is in CLEARED status or if the modification is prohibited due to business rules.

VIEW- Design Circuit History

Error Message and Description

The following service is currently unavailable: Access Denied: User has no authority to perform request on the specified circuit.

This error message indicates that CEMR is functioning as it was designed to, by performing a security check based on the caller's RSID as it was built into CEMR.

This is not a CEMR application problem. It is however a user ownership issue.
