Paying by bank account

If you'd like to pay your bill online using a bank account, you can use your checking or savings account.

* You'll need your routing and account number to finalize the payment.

To pay your CenturyLink Business bill using a bank account, do the following:

  1. Click the Billing tab, then click the One-Time Payment subtab.
  1. Click on Bank Account.
  1. For each account you want to make a payment on, click the checkbox next to the account(s) you want to pay and, in the Pay Amount column, type the amount you want to pay. (By default, Control Center assumes you want to pay the full amount owing.)

  2. Click Continue.
  1. Review the account(s) and amount(s) you've select to pay and do one of the following:

    • To make changes, click Back and return to step 3.

    • To proceed with your payment(s), click Continue.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click the check box next to the "I authorize CenturyLink to charge…" statement. (You may need to scroll down to see it.)

  3. Click Proceed.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • To make a payment using a saved bank account, select the account you'd like to use from the Method of Payment field. Skip to step 12.

    • To make a payment using a new account, continue with the next step. (You can save the information for future payments.)

  2. In the Method of Payment field, select the type of account you'd like to use.
  1. Fill in the information for your bank account (routing number and account number).

  2. If you want to save this account to pay with for future months, click the Save this payment method checkbox. (Your bank account information is stored securely by our payment processing vendor. CenturyLink does not store this information.)

  3. Click the I agree to these Terms and Conditions checkbox.

  4. Click Next.
  1. Verify that the information you entered is correct, then click Submit Payment. (If the information is not correct, click the green Make Changes link and make your corrections.)
  2. Review and keep the confirmation information that appears on the screen.
  3. You'll receive an email confirming your payment. (If you don't receive an email, make sure your contact information is correct.)
