Changing your Control Center password

For security reasons, you should change your password periodically. If you need to reset your password, contact your company's system administrator (if you know who your system administrator is) or contact us.

To change your Control Center password, do the following:

  1. Click the Profile icon (in the upper-right corner above the main navigation tiles).
  1. Click Update User Details.
  1. Type your new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields.

  2. While you're changing your password, it's a good idea to make sure your profile information is correct. Make changes to your profile as needed (e.g., changing your address, password, or profile picture).

  3. When you're done, click Return to Profile.

    Control Center saves your changes.

Did you know? If you need to change your enterprise ID, enterprise name or username, contact your system administrator.
