Updating your Control Center profile (contact information)

You can make certain changes to your Control Center profile yourself—without having to wait for someone else to help. For instance, you can change your name, password, email address, phone number(s), time zone, mailing address and security question.

It's important—at a minimum—to make sure that you keep your email address up to date, as this is how we alert you when orders are complete, systems are down or tickets have been updated. (You'll also need to fill in your mobile phone number to enable text alerts.)

To update your Control Center profile, do the following:

  1. Click the Profile icon (in the upper-right corner above the main navigation tiles).
  1. Click Update User Details.
  1. Make changes to your profile as needed (e.g., changing your address, password, or profile picture), then click Return to Profile.

    Control Center saves your changes.

Did you know? If you need to change your enterprise ID, enterprise name or username, contact your system administrator.
