Changing your billing address

You can change your billing address in Control Center and the change will be effective immediately.

To change your address:

  1. Do one of the following to access Manage Orders:

    • From the Control Center dashboard, click the Manage Orders link (in the Frequently Visited widget).

    • Click the Orders tab, then click the Order Status subtab. Click Manage Orders.
  1. Click Change Billing Address.
  1. Click the Long Distance - CLD tile under  Account Type.
  1. In the Billing Name field, type the billing name.

  2. From the Country Code list, select United States (if it's not already selected). International addresses are not accepted.

  3. In the Billing Address field, type the billing address.

  4. In the City field, type the city.

  5. In the State/Province field, type the state or province.

  6. In the Zip/Postal Code field, type the zip or postal code.

  7. Click Submit.
  1. Do one of the following:

    •  Select Apply this address change to ALL my available billing account numbers to apply the billing address change to all of your accounts in the enterprise.

    • Select Apply this address change to specific billing account number(s), and then select the account number from the list.
  1. Select desired account numbers, then click Add Selected.

You will see a message confirming the account/s were added to the change billing address request.

Note: Accounts saved to New Billing Address 1 do not appear in the filter for New Billing Address 2, etc.  You can click Submit Without Address 2 button.  This will submit New Billing Address 1 only.  Once you use the Add Another Address button to add New Billing Address 2, then New Billing Address 1 is committed when Submit button is used.  You can continue to Add Another Address, as needed.  It will all be part of the same Change Billing Address order.

You will receive a message saying the billing address change will take effect on the next billing cycle. Our system is updated immediately. The next invoice will be mail to the new billing address.

Change billing address order status

To check the status of your change billing address submission:  

  1. To find the current address you want to change, on the Post-Submission Order Status page, from the Search for… list, select Order Type.  

  2. In the enter Billing Address Change field, which is case sensitive, type the current billing address, then click enter on your keyboard or the icon to the right of the search field.
  1. Click the link of the account under the Parent Order ID column.
  1. Click  Previous and Next to view the orders in the Order Status section. 
  1. If you would like to receive information about the order via email, click Details. The email will be sent to the email address in your user profile.
