Changing appointments

After you've found the trouble report you want, you can edit it, cancel it, or change the appointment time. Remember to change the appointment time (if necessary) if the commitment time for the trouble report has passed. You can change appointment times only for open/active trouble reports. You can view closed trouble reports for a day after they've been closed, but you can't change appointment times.

  1. Find the trouble report for which you want to change the appointment.

The Maintain Non Design Report window displays the trouble report.

  1. Select the Change Appointment check box and click Submit.

The Select an Appointment window displays a list of available appointment times.

  1. From the list, select the appointment time you want.
