Identifies a code assigned to a trunk group or a CCS Link Set.
NOTE 1: The code set is unique to each established trunk group or CCS Link Set and is provided to the customer on the FOC. The TSC entry may then be populated by the customer when ordering changes, additions or deletions to an existing trunk group or CCS Link Set.
USAGE
This field is conditional.
NOTE 1: Required when the LA field is “Y” for established trunk side service or CCS Link Set.
NOTE 2: Optional when the LA field is not populated for established trunk side service or CCS Link Set.
NOTE 3: Otherwise prohibited.
CenturyLink-SPECIFIC USAGE
NOTE 1: Prohibited when the ACT field is “N” and the ACTI field is “C”.
NOTE 2: Required when the REQTYP field is "M" or "L", the ACT field is "C" or "D", and the ASC-EC field is blank.
NOTE 3: Required when the REQTYP field is "M", the ACT field is "N", the ACTI field is "A" or "B", and the ASC-EC field is blank.
NOTE 4: When the TSC is populated, the ICSC field is MSxx, and the ASC-EC field is blank, the first two positions of the TSC field must be AE.
NOTE 5: When the TSC is populated, the ICSC field is PNxx, and the ASC-EC field is blank, the first two positions of the TSC field must be AP.
NOTE 6: When the TSC is populated, the ICSC field is NWxx, and the ASC-EC field is blank, the first two positions of the TSC field must be AL.
