CORA™ Online Help
As a CORA™ customer administrator, you can execute the functions of all basic users. In addition, you can manage accounts for all users within your company.
CORA™ customer administrators must already have an administrator user's account in order to perform administrator tasks.
Any CORA™ administrator in your company can create a CORA™ administrator. If your company does not have a CORA™ administrator, contact the CenturyLink™ Wholesale Systems Help Desk at 1-888-796-9102 option 2 for assistance.
Note: In addition to the standard request for a digital certificate, CORA™ administrators must also complete a separate request for CORA™ system administrator access (see the Electronic Access page for a link to the request form).
Your role as an administrator is to ensure that only individuals who are authorized to use CORA™ be granted access to it. When that authorization changes, delete the user access. CenturyLink reserves the right to remove users who have not logged onto CORA™ for over a year.
